WASTE WATER RECYCLING

ECOVAP M1: It is single stage forced circulation evaporator with mechanical vapour recompression system. Forced circulation system enables to handle fouling media effectively. The system is very simple and fully automatic. No hot water or steam is required for operating this system. Power consumption for the plant ranges from 30 kWh to 50 kWh per ton of water evaporation depending on the application. Generally used for small evaporation plants (up to 5000 kg/hr water evaporation capacity) to handle fouling media

ECOVAP M2: It is single stage forced circulation evaporator with mechanical vapour recompression system. Forced circulation system enables to handle fouling media effectively. Power consumption for the plant ranges from 30 kWh to 50 kWh per ton of water evaporation depending on the application. Generally used for small evaporation plants (up to 5000 kg/hr water evaporation capacity) to handle fouling media.

ECOVAP M3 :It is a three stage evaporator with mechanical vapour recompression system. First two stages are generally falling film type and final stage is forced circulation type. The system is still simple to operate and is fully automatic. No hot water or steam is required for operating this system. Power consumption for the plant ranges from 20 kWh to 40 kWh per ton of water evaporation depending on the application. This system is suitable for applications where high concentration gradients are to be achieved, typically zero liquid discharge systems with very low feed concentrations. Generally the rate of fouling increases with the concentration. Hence falling film system is used in the high concentration regime. This system proves to be very economical when power is available at very low price.

ECOVAP ME: It is a multiple effect evaporator with no vapour recompression system (Generally 3 to 5 effects). Combination of falling film and forced circulation stages are selected to suit the application. This system proves to be very economical when low grade waste heat (such as heat from IC engine jacket water, heat from low temperature hot gases, process waste heat etc.) or cheep low grade heat (such as steam turbine exhaust steam typically between 0.5 bar (a) to 2.5 bar (a) is available. Typical applications are caustic recovery plants in textile mills, sugar juice concentration, water recycling from distillery effluent, process evaporators, water recycling and zero liquid discharge plants for chemical, pharma, fertilizer, dye stuff, polymers, automobile, paint and other process industries.

ECOVAP MT: It is a multiple effect evaporator with thermal vapour recompression system (Generally 3 to 5 effects). Combination of falling film and forced circulation stages are selected to suit the application. This system proves to be very economical when high grade of waste heat (IC engine exhaust, GT exhaust, process hot gases at temperatures above 250 oC etc). or low cost steam at moderate pressure (typically between 7 bar (a) to 21 bar (a) generated from biomass / coal / waste heat is available. Typical application are caustic recovery plants in textile mills, sugar juice concentration, water recycling from distillery effluent, process evaporators, waste water recycling and zero liquid discharge plants for chemical, pharma, fertilizer, dye stuff, polymers, automobile, paint and other process industries.
